My Babies, All grown up....

Okay so they've been 'grown' up for a while now. Both of them were out of their cribs shortly after turning One. But now it was time to get them 'Big Kid' beds.
At the beginning of the summer I decided to put the kids in a room together. Mostly because Kael room is south facing and gets WAY to hot in the summers. Naveahs room, being on the east side of the house and only 3 feet away from the neighbors, doesnt get much direct sunlight at all. Now that its back to winter, we've decided to separate them again, considering also that they are at that 'scrapping' age and its gunna last a while. So Ive been searching for over a month now for a new bed. I wanted a loft style bed still but one that had lots of storage and had a matching 'bunk bed'. That way, Kael could have the loft, naveah the regular bed and if ever they need to share a room again, we have a matching set!

I sent Evan out last night to pick it up. Aaron, his cousin went along to help... Boys will be boys thats for sure. I tired to get Evan to take both vehicles (we have a durango and F.350) and get Aaron to drive one. "Nope, it will fit in the truck!" he insisted....This is what it looked like when they got back....
Well I have spent ALL day today trying to get their rooms in sleeping order. I also accomplished taking Kaels old bed over to Chelseas house and setting it back up for Corbin! I hope you love that bed as much as Kael did! He had a hard time letting go, but now thats its gone he seems to love his new one just as much. Hes climbed that bed over a dozen times since we've been home.

Today was a very busy day, Ive been going since 9am this morning and havent stopped till now, its after 7pm.
Their rooms arent totally done yet, but here are pics of the beds just so you can get the idea.
