Kael has been talking up a storm lately. Im beginning to feel like im the pirate and he's the parrot perched on my shoulder. All im hearing these days is Kael randomly repeating words he hears in any coversation within ear shot. Cute...and dangerous. So far is been okay. I've been making sure that everyone who comes into this house that has a fondness to some questionable words to "please watch their mouth around Kael". Well, apparently is nots the swear words I need to worry about... its the ones that sound like swear words when not properly said. Im working on Kaels room(again). On friday I went and picked up his big BIG boy bed I had purchased off Kijiji. Rather than trying to find a place to store it for now I just decided to go ahead and set it up in his room. He LOVES it. Today I was just hanging up some of his new posters and from behind me I suddenly here what I THOUGHT was a very VERY bad work coming out of my little boys mouth. "WHAT did you SAY!!!???". He just looks at me with very large eyes, slighly confused at why I seem to shocked by what he just said". Hoping he might repeat it so I can listen better to what he said, I turned around and continued what I was doing. He said it again...and again and AGAIN! But this time I understood. He was pointing at the thumb tack I was pushing into the wall repeatidly saying "push it". This came just in time for Chas to leave for work and we laughed and laughed and laughed ... I guess the trick to make sure that when telling other people what he's been doing that you don't inadvertently teach him that what he sounds like he's been saying is acceptable! HAHA .... way too funny!
